I clicked the power button several times nothing happened, but somehow it went okay. Mac hanged for more than 35 mins it was just givin me blue screen & the spining rotation thing & went sleep. *Oh more info: when I 1st got this Macbook, I changed the energy saver setting from better bat life to higher performance before installing any aditional softwares/hardwares. I mainly use Cintiq for digital painting & 3d sculpting & image + vid editing. I will stop connecting it with Mac & back to HP if it will break Cintiq. Would this problem hazard my Cintiq hardwares should I keep going on using it with my Macbook Pro? Like I said it still works fine its just annoying. Anyone experiencing this kind of problem? Whats the solution? Should I try connecting them using mini displayport - DVI? (I did not buy this since it was not available at the time of purchase) I'm in a country where reliable Wacom & Apple supports are non-existant.Ģ. Wacom driver 6.1.5-2 on Mac 10.6.3 & 6.1.5-3 on Vista Home Premium.ġ.What's wrong with my Cintiq - Mac setup? Its not the Cintiq since its fine on HP. Its just when it comes to 3d bit slow thats why I need it to work fine with my MacBook Pro. This doesnt happen if I connect Cintiq to my old HP Pavilion dv4 (2 Ghz Core 2 Duo, 3 GB & GeForece 9200 Gs 512) via VGA. Cintiq is still responsive its just as if I was almost watching an image under a rippling pool water. I connect it with mini displayport to VGA adapter.
My Cintiq21UX (DTZ model) is flickering often (more when I do alot of activities on it or somtimes when a car pass by my work room) on all resolutions when I use it with my 2009 MacBookPro 17' (3.06 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo, 8 GB DDR3, set higher performance on energy saver setting).
